General Overview

South of Crystal Pier is Mission Beach, a peaky and consistent beach break that tends to close out on large swells. The wave that breaks off the South jetty however, can handle much more size and offers a nicely formed left for those willing to brave the crowded lineup.

Mission Beach is the best kept secrect. It is an uncrowded surfer freindly break. Many locals but they don't give you that Joe local vibe. Alway consistant in the early mornings and alway better than it looks from the beach.
