Located in the North Shore Mountains and just 30 minutes from Vancouver, the Cypress Mountain resort is a very popular destination. Regarded as the best mountain close to the big city Cypress is going to be the hosting a lot of the downhill winter Olympic events in 2010 which means they will be pumping a lot of money into improvements in infrastructure and accessibility.
