Fernie Alpine Resort has one of the hottest reputations in North America. This place gets hammered by snow and is often compared to the American resorts Crested Butte and Jackson Hole when they were still cowboy towns with ski mountains. The tree and bowl skiing are amazing on powder days and there are plenty of chutes and cliffs with powder reserves when everything else gets tracked up.
