General Overview

Snowmass is the biggest resorts in Aspen. It has so much terrain that you'd be hard pressed to cover it all in a day, so a multi-day trip is highly encouraged!

Huge mountain, and is epic on powder days. A lot of beginners and tourists stick to Aspen Mountain in town, so this is a good spot to go if your skills are more advanced.

Snowmass is one of my home mountains and one of my favorites in CO - it's huge, with lot's of variety. It's also the most popular mountain in Aspen/Snowmass because of it's size and varied terrain, so it sometimes gets a bit more crowded (though crowds anywhere here are fairly minimal.
