General Overview
Diabo is well known by bodyboarders given its fast barreling wave. The left side is known as “Inferno” that is usually much better than Diabo. One thing to note is that Inferno is a military zone and you are not allowed to sit on the sand. To reach it, you’ll have to paddle down from Diabo. When the other breaks in Rio are flat, Diabo and Inferno will usually have some small scale swell.
