General Overview
Galheta is a nature preserve located just to the North of the fashion beach Praia Mole. There is a small trail leading to this well protected cove at the left side of Mole (while facing the water). Galheta is more difficult to access and thus much less crowded than Praia Mole. It also offers a bit more protection from the wind.
