General Overview
With an RV camp near by and a mere 37 kilometers from the border, K-38 is one of your best bets if you are in a time crunch. There is a great right that has to be one of the better rights in north Baja on a solid southern swell. The beach and the waves get crowded in the summer, but nothing to complain about because, hey, you're in Mexico.
