General Overview
Raul's is a fun little reef break that spits lefts and rights. It got its name from Raul's restaurant right nearby. The surf is typically uncrowded with the majority of surfers at La Fonda. If you're hungry, check out Puerto Nuevo which is known for its lobster restaurants. Those from Maine will think of the lobster served as small, but you can't beat the price. As for the surf in Puerto Nuevo, there's actually a fun reef break that's easily accessible from the town. The town's sewage flows out to sea by the best peak... not too fun.
