Beautiful break in a bay that looks like something out of Jurassic Park. The water is beautiful and clean and will send you some sick barrels. When there is a huge swell, Las Gates is the place to be in this region as it will be the last break to close out. This is a local’s break with some good surfers and some bad ones. The vibe is mellow but try not to get into any fights.
