General Overview
Hags as it's known to locals, is a series of left point breaks which work best with a West or Northwest swell. Like the other breaks in Palos Verdes, Hags will hold its shape when most breaks in LA are closing out. The localism here is nothing compared to some of the other PV breaks, but because of the small takeoff zone don’t expect to catch a bunch of waves to yourself the first time you come.
Only goes off in the Fall and Winter, Hag's offers a great wave but gets super crowded when there is swell. If you are beginner, better to look elsewhere. longboarditis
