General Overview

Fun and usually crowded waves located in the heart of Del Mar. This consistent reef breaks well year round offering rights and lefts in front of a nice park. There are more reefs to the south and a pounding beach break to the north so you can almost always find some elbow room.

San Diego county has some great surf, and Del Mar is one of the many nice spots. Decent beach scene, though a bit on the sleepy tip. Feels like a throwback quaint beach town, but doesn't feel "quaint" when you check the real estate listings.

Pretty amazing surf break and shouldn't be missed. Super crowded most of the time, and if you are just learning may be better to go just North or South. The added bonus is that the horse races are going on right nearby during the summer months which are pretty killer too.

Evening session in Del Mar was super fun. Super peaky and about waist to chest high on the sets. Fun night out!...

A little wind swell brought some waist high+ waves through. A little junky but scored some fun ones....

Basically flat, but the super groms and the 12 foot longboarders scored a few waves....
