South East Asia Liveboard (SEAL) is based out of Phuket and offer different assortment of cruise adventures thoughout Southeast Asia. Their surf expedition takes you to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands in the Bay of Bengal, India, which until the late 1990's had never been surfed.
